Our guide credentials
The guide profiles on this site show the type, card number, and expiry date transcribed from the identification cards supplied to us. The cards name the Bagmati Province tourism office as issuer. These details let you ask our team about the person assigned to your trek.

- Ask us to confirm the assigned guide and current card status before departure.
- Only the issuing authority can independently validate a credential.
Company documents
Company registration, tourism licenses, insurance certificates, and association memberships should be supported by current documents. We have not published document numbers or claimed memberships without those records. Contact us to request the documents relevant to your booking.
Why we do not publish ID-card scans
Guide ID cards also contain citizenship numbers, personal phone numbers, signatures, and residential addresses. We publish useful professional details while keeping those private fields off the public website.
