Confirming a trip
Our published Terms & Conditions state that a 20% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due on arrival in Kathmandu before your trek. Confirm the exact itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, price, dates, and payment instructions with our team in writing before paying.
Changes and cancellation
Mountain travel may need changes because of weather, flights, road conditions, or safety. If your plans change, notify us in writing as early as possible. The applicable refund schedule is set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Insurance and health
The Terms & Conditions require travel insurance appropriate for the trip. Check medical, evacuation, and altitude coverage with your insurer, and seek medical advice about your own fitness for the route.
